Campus Showcase

Campus Showcase is an event in the Hinckley Center where on-campus departments and services set up a booth to educate the campus community about the resources available to faculty and staff. This non-student event for BYU employees will include prizes, giveaways, and free food.
Due to the great turnout in past years, we will continue the following registration process:
- Registration for attendees will be completed online through Eventbrite. A link will be posted here and in Y-News when it is available. Each guest will receive a QR code as their registration confirmation.
- The QR codes will be scanned at the entrance on the day of the event. Guests must have a paper or electronic copy of this QR code on the day of the event. This will automatically enter each guest into a drawing for the grand prize and prizes from each participating campus entity.
