General Campus Tours
Tours can be scheduled up to 30 days in advance. If you're looking to book a tour further out, please check back closer to your desired date.
Campus tours for the general public and university visitors are provided by University Relations.
Legacy of Light: The BYU 150th Tour
- Celebrate BYU’s 150th anniversary with a special 60-minute outdoor campus tour! Guests will ride in a comfortable campus cart as they explore the heart of Brigham Young University, learning about its inspiring history, beloved traditions, and remarkable growth over the past century and a half. Guided by BYU’s student University Ambassadors, this engaging tour offers a unique opportunity to experience the spirit of BYU while discovering the stories and milestones that have shaped its legacy.
University visitors are hosted by an experienced student Campus Ambassador, and the golf cart tours run on the hour from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. during Monday through Friday.
*Please note, golf carts have a limit of 7 passengers.

Tours for prospective students are offered through Admissions for groups with at least one prospective student defined as the following:
- High School Students grade 9-12 (or equivalent)
- High School Graduate with no College Work
- Transfer Students
- Graduate Students
- Already Admitted Students
- International Students
